We start with a free 30-minute chat to learn about your business and what you’re looking for in a bookkeeper. If you're local to southern Minnesota, we can do this in person. If anywhere else, we can do a chat via Google Meets. We may ask for read-only access to your QuickBooks (or current tool) plus the last two months of bank and credit card statements so we can understand the work and flag any fixes. Then we’ll send a clear estimate with multiple package choices.

on-boarding process

Simply select your preferred package and complete the engagement letter and ACH form. We will set you up on a payment schedule, you’ll receive an invoice to pay before services start. Your proposal will include a clear timeline showing how long each step will take.

We use a structured pricing formula based on your needs—like the number of accounts, transactions, employees, and services. Our rates are fixed monthly (not hourly) for clear, predictable costs.
